Emery & Sons Construction, Inc. was founded in 1967 by L. Dale Emery and his two sons. Originally the company spent the first several years doing minor curbs and flat concrete work in the Stayton area. Over time, the need for more equipment and personnel became ever apparent. This allowed Emery & Sons Construction to enter into other markets from subdivisions to small underground projects and eventually larger infrastructure improvements to GM/GC public improvements.

Currently Emery & Sons Construction, Inc. prides itself on being one of the largest underground utility contractors in Oregon.

In early 2007, Bill Martinak, the General Manager for over the past 25 years became the owner. His leadership will continue the long standing principles of quality, integrity, and a commitment to our clients to deliver the best projects possible.
