Emery & Sons Construction, Inc. was founded in 1967 by L. Dale Emery and his two sons. The company spent the first several years doing minor curbs and flat concrete work in Stayton area. Over time, the need for more equipment and personnel became ever apparent. This allowed Emery & Sons Construction to enter into other markets from subdivisions to small underground projects and eventually to larger infrastructure and CM/GC projects.

In early 2007 Bill Martinak, the General Manager for the previous 25 years, and his wife Jennifer, purchased the company from Mr. Emery. Bill’s leadership continues the long standing principles of quality, integrity, and a commitment to our clients to deliver the best projects possible.

Currently, Emery & Sons Construction, Inc. prides itself on being one of the largest underground utility contractors in Oregon.
